Real Madrid may have beaten Real Valladolid 4-1 in their latest game, but that result has done little to paper over the cracks. However, Sergio Ramos has now come out to address rumors of turmoil in the dressing room.
After crashing out of the Copa del Rey, seeing their Spanish Primera Division hopes all but end, then bowing out of the Champions League all within the span of six days; all hell broke loose at the club. Rumors came pouring in about different members of the club clashing after their European elimination at the hands of Ajax.
First, the Blancos captain reportedly had a heated argument with Florentino Perez after the loss to the Dutch outfit, with the Spaniard allegedly telling the president to pay him and he will leave. Then there were claims that the center-back, who missed that Ajax humiliation through suspension, scolded his team-mates in the wake of that loss and exchanged unpleasant words with Marcelo.
And amidst all of this, Santiago Solari has heavily been tipped to be sacked. Nothing went unaddressed by the skipper, however, as he touched upon all of these matters in a lengthy post on Instagram.

Regarding his alleged confrontations with Perez and Marcelo, Ramos did not deny those claims. However, the defender downplayed their significance, brushing them aside as
"Dressing room issues are discussed and resolved in the dressing room. There's no problem whatsoever and everybody has the same interest: Real Madrid," Ramos wrote.
"We (Marcelo and I) have exchanges in every training session. It's part of working with pressure. But it's just an anecdote like so many others that happen from day to day. Marcelo is like a brother to me."
On the issue of Solari's future, Ramos stressed that he and his fellow team-mates will continue to support the boss on the field as they have done with other managers. Regardless, this will do little to end the rumors linking Mourinho with a return to the Bernabeu.
As for Los Merengues' season, the Madrid giant continues to trail Barcelona by 12 points. It is for this reason that many believe the Spanish Primera Division is over for the 13-time European champion.
