The Englishman was left "devastated and angry" after their recent 2-0 loss at Chelsea which all but ended their Premier League hopes.

Tottenham's recent title collapse could have bigger ramifications than initially feared, as it could cost them one of their biggest players. According to the Telegraph, that man is none other than Harry Kane.

The Englishman has been constantly linked with a north London exit, with the likes of Real Madrid keen on luring him away from Spurs. Now, the British news outlet claims Spurs' latest slip-up has him considering his future.

The report states that the Three Lions ace's team-mates at Wembley fear that another trophyless season will likely push him out the door. This means should the club fail to win silverware by the end of next season, then the 25-year-old would move on.

While Pochettino's men are not mathematically out of the Premier League race yet, the odds of them overcoming the nine-point deficit to overtake Liverpool are slim. Additionally, while the north London side appears destined to make the Champions League quarter-finals, not many fancy their chances of lifting the title.

Back-to-back defeats against Burnley and Chelsea all but ended their English top-flight hopes. Kane was left "devastated and angry" after his side lost 2-0 at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday which is proof of his frustrations with his team's underachievements.

After the 2-1 loss at Turf Moor, Pochettino worryingly admitted that it might take 10 years to transform his team into a title-worthy squad after they bottled it against Burnley. This statement won't be assuring for Kane as he aims to add trophies to his belt.

After losing two consecutive games, Tottenham must turn things around or their top-four spot will come under heavy doubt. Next up for them is the North London Derby where they will host Arsenal. Lose and the Gunners will move within a point of them. A lot is at stake in today's showdown.
