The Red Devils were not satisfied by Pogba's social media activity right after Mourinho's sacking.

It was all fun and games for Paul Pogba...but then the consequences of his actions came back to haunt him.

According to a report by the Daily Mail, Pogba will not escape a sanction for his social media activity, which included posting a picture on his Instagram feed moments after Jose Mourinho lost his job at Manchester United.

Pogba argued that the post going up at that time was a coincidence since it had been scheduled in advance, but Man United execs did not fall for that explanation and decided to slap a hefty fine on the footballer.

According to this report, Manchester United execs believe the post was "tasteless and disrespectful", which fueled their decision to fine Pogba. 

The relationship between Pogba and Mourinho stole most of the headlines during the first semester of the season, mainly due to the number of public disagreements between the Frenchman and The Special One. Now, Pogba will find something else to blame on the Portuguese tactician, even if they don't have to work together anymore.
