Benfica come into this game having fallen into a rut. The reigning title champions are five points behind current league leaders Porto and have been quite poor in their Champions League campaign thus far, losing first to Russian outfit CSKA Moscow before being humiliated 5-0 by Swiss side Basel. As a result, they're bottom of their group and with Manchester United in top form, things are not looking good for them ahead of the visit of the Red Devils in a few days' time.
However, this match will be a good chance for them to gain some much needed confidence, as upcoming opponents Olhanese ply their trade in the second tier. Whilst they have done better as of late, with just one loss in their last five fixtures, Benfica should have no problems seeing off their hosts.
