Former River Plate and Colombian international Teófilo Gutiérrez may go down in history after missing a PK in shameful fashion.

There are a number of ways a penalty kick can go wrong, and Teófilo Gutierrez experienced that first-hand this weekend.

The former Colombian international decided to take responsibility of a penalty against Tigres, and even though he's one of the best players of his team, Junior de Barranquilla, he failed miserably in his attempt to give his side a three-goal lead.

Apparently, his left leg sunk into the pitch prior to taking the shot, but the end result gave fans reasons to mock his antics from the spot.
