Real Madrid's defensive line will have to change for the key match against Los Celestes, a game that could give them their first La Liga title since 2012.

Zinedine Zidane will once again have to change his lineup for Wednesday's clash, as he will not have one of his most reliable players around.

Despite Real Madrid's appeal, Los Blancos will have to make it throughout the match without Nacho, a key element during the recent stint of games for the Spanish capital giants. Whether he starts as a right back, left back or center back, the home grown player responded with good performances in the UEFA Champions League and in La Liga, but after picking up his fifth booking, the player will have to watch this game from the stands.

The center back scored a controversial opening goal for Real Madrid on Sunday, leading the way to a 4-1 win over Sevilla.

With the Royal Spanish Football Federation ruling out any chance of having his ban expunged, Real Madrid's defense will be composed by Danilo as right back, Marcelo on the left, and Sergio Ramos teaming up with Raphael Varane once more as center backs.

Nacho will join Gareth Bale and Dani Carvajal as Real Madrid's absences for Wednesday's game, while James Rodriguez is still doubtful after picking up a knock on one of his feet.
