John Terry could become the latest big-name signing for LA Galaxy, according to the papers.

British publication The Sun reports that Chelsea legendary defender John Terry could be headed to the MLS. The report also claims that LA Galaxy are the favorites to sign the defender when his contract with the club ends in the summer.

Galaxy have a solid reputation of signing the big guns in football - they rose in popularity following the signings of the England duo of David Beckham and Steven Gerrard in the past, and signing John Terry should not be a problem for the Stateside club.

Terry could add the much needed experience to the squad thanks to his highly-decorated career at the club level. The 36-year-old has won the Premier League four times, FA Cup five times, League Cup thrice, Community Shield twice, Champions League one and the Europa League once.

Curt Onalfo's men are currently preparing for the MLS 2017 season which kicks off on Friday. They host FC Dallas at the StubHub Center in Carson, California on Saturday, March 4.
