Match forecast

Huddersfield are third on the Championship table, just five points off leaders Newcastle United. The Terriers are fighting for their way back to the Premier League, and that could prompt manager David Wagner to rotate his squad.

Although it may be difficult to predict the exact squad he will field for this clash, one thing for sure is the fact that Aaron Mooy will not feature due to his loan agreement with parent club Man City. Ilkay Gundogan will miss the remainder of City's season due to injury, while Gabriel Jesus could stay out of action for three months.

Claudio Bravo is expected to start between the sticks, while Vincent Kompany could provide cover at the back for the first time since the end of January. Pep could also choose Jesus Navas, Kelechi Iheanacho, Nolito, Fabian Delph and Fernando to the starting lineup.

Huddersfield's desire to return to the Premier League could see them lose grip of the FA Cup. The hosts are enjoying a rich vein of form at the moment - they have won 12 of their last 14 games in all comeptitions. Meanwhile, Pep's men have won their last four games but Gabriel Jesus played a key role in three of those victories. Despite all the injury setbacks, Pep's men are still the favorites to cruise to the next round.
