The USMNT have dropped in the latest FIFA Word rankings.

World football governing body FIFA has released a list of the latest global rankings following the end of the AFCON tournament in Gabon where Cameroon were crowned champions. The USMNT, in particular, have dropped one place to 29th spot on the log. Their nextdoor rivals Mexico, on the other hand, have risen one place to the 17th spot.

But Bruce Arena's men have a chance to improve their rankings thanks to their busy 2017 schedule when they are expected to play in the Gold Cup and World Cup qualifiers. Meanwhile, African champions Cameroon have moved 29 spots up to 33rd, while Egypt are now 23rd.

Argentine are still top, following by Brazil, Germany, Chile and Belgium in that order. Basically, the top five section is unchanged.
