Mane missed the decisive penalty to deny his side a spot in the semi-finals of the prestigious competition.
And back in England, there have been concerns over his fitness levels considering all the fatigue associated with his regular game time at AFCON, and of course, jet lag on his way back to England. But it appears that he could make a surprise return in Klopp's first XI to rescue the struggling reds who have won only one game in 2017.
