We all know that no player likes to be subbed off, but what went down with Alexis Sánchez on Saturday was a bit too much.
The Chilean was subbed off to give way for Danny Welbeck, who recently returned to action after a long spell on the sidelines. But Sánchez's reaction caught the attention of those watching the game, as he was quite upset with his boss.
He proceeded to put his coat over his head while crossing his arms, in what some took as a disrespectful gesture from the Chilean. Some other fans supported the player, and even hinted Wenger was wrong for taking him off the pitch while the team tries to extend the player's contract.
Alexis Sanchez is the hungriest player in the Prem. Brilliant player. If he wants 200k, give him 200k. We can't afford to lose him.

Alexis Sanchez really threw a temper tantrum because he had to come off for the last 10 minutes. Let Welbeck get his fitness back

Getting angry because Wenger changed you is disrespect. #AlexisSanchez #AFC

And of course, his tantrum generated a couple of fun reactions.
