Los Blancos are now ready to showcase their financial might in the summer thanks to the reduction of their transfer ban.

Champions League defending champions Real Madrid are back into the transfer market ready to flex their financial muscles. On Wednesday, the Court of Arbitration for Sport reduced the transfer ban on the Spanish giant, hence making them eligible to sign new players this summer. Zinedine Zidane's men will, however, not be able to sign new players in January but are expected to go for these key stars in the summer.

Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang

Top of the list of their summer transfer targets is Gabon international Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang, who plies for his trade for Dortmund. The lethal forward has already pumped in 20 goals in 20 Bundesliga and UCL apperances this season and is widely seen as one of the key players to replace the unsettled Jamez Rodriguez who has been linked with a move to Chelsea.

Toby Alderweireld

The central defender has been on Real Madrid's radar in the recent past and is widely tipped to replace Pepe if the Portugal international decides to listen to his suitors in China. At 27, Toby has been a solid rock at the heart of Spurs' defence and he could reunite with former Spurs man Gareth Bale at the Santiago Bernabeu this summer.

Thibaut Courtois

The Belgian goalkeeper is widely seen as one of the best replacement for Keylor Navas, who turned 30 last week. Club president Florentino Perez knows that this is the election year for the Madrid giants and he'll be keen on making some key signings to impress the board. Although Perez does not have stiff competition in the race for the club's presidency, the Santiago Bernabeu-based outfit is expected to build yet another galactico, a goal that was previously slow down by the transfer ban.
