As at now, England are the winners of the on-pitch category of the #MannequinChallenge.

England’s Jamie Vardy stole the show in his country’s two-all draw with Spain in an international friendly on Tuesday. The Leicester City forward doubled the Three Lions’ lead in the 48th minute after Adam Lallana had opened the scoring for the hosts. And the celebration was epic – the lethal forward appeared to be racing to the corner flag to celebrate the win, but then froze along the way together with his teammates in what is popularly known as the mannequin challenge.

But the celebration attracted mixed reactions on social media. Whilst some fans thought it was epic and creative, some trolled the English side for allegedly freezing for the remainder of the match as Spain bounced back with two last-minute quick goals to secure a two-all draw.
