Former Arsenal captain Mikel Arteta has pressed the wrong button as far as his relationship with the Gunners is concerned

Former Arsenal captain Mikel Arteta has attracted the wrath of the Gunners’ fans thanks to his recent activity on Instagram. The 34-year-old retired fooballer-cum-manager left the Emirates stadium this summer to join Manchester City as Pep Guardiola’s assistant coach. He spent five years with the Gunners as the captain, winning two FA Cups and two Community Shields in the process.

But as many Arsenal fans wished him the best in his managerial career when he finally made the decision to leave the club, it appears some have changed their minds. Arteta attracted the wrath of some Arsenal fans on social media when they discovered that he had deleted everything Arsenal-related on his Instagram account. A quick look at his Instagram account now shows only three photos remaining, both related to managerial career at Manchester City.Arteta has deleted all Arsenal-related photos on his Instagram account
