Mexico reached the Copa América's knockout stage for the first time since 2007, thanks to a couple of goals by Oribe Peralta and Chicharito.

Mexico's National Team made all predictions come true by winning their second match of the Copa América Centenario. Nevertheless, El Tri struggled a little bit to beat Jamaica, a team that had enough chances to complicate things for the Mexican crew.

El Tri managed to equalize a couple of records by beating the Reggae Boyz. First off, this is the first time in 78 years in which the Mexican team wins eleven games in a row. If that wasn't enough, Mexico raised their unbeaten streak to 21 games, matching their total from 2005, when Ricardo La Volpe's team had a similar streak.

But Mexico's list of accomplishments wouldn't be complete if their main man wasn't around to celebrate, as striker Javier "Chicharito" Hernández scored his 45th goal for El Tri. Bayer Leverkusen's ace needs one more goal to become the team's all-time top scorer, and he did it scoring the go ahead goal with a well-placed header.

Even if Mexico managed to score a couple of goals, their lead wouldn't have been safe without goalkeeper Guillermo Ochoa. The shot-stopper returned to the spotlight after his crucial saves in the 2014 World Cup, and kept Mexico's first clean sheet of the tournament by denying Jamaican strikers at least twice.

Here's one of his first half saves.

And now, we leave you with one second half save, just to put a cherry on top.
