Reports all over England suggest that Leicester City superstar Jamie Vardy could join Arsenal within the next few days for 20 million pounds. But another report published by SkySports claims that new Man United boss Jose Mourinho was tempted to sign the lethal 29-year-old, but turned down the offer due to one major reason.
According to the report, the Portuguese tactician did not want to annoy Man Utd fans, who have become increasingly fond of the young duo of Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford. The decision to bring a proven goal scorer such as Jamie Vardy, plus the imminent arrival of Zlatan Ibrahimovic at Old Trafford this summer would relegate Rashford to the bench.
