James Rodriguez worried Colombian fans all over the world after sustaining a shoulder injury. Real Madrid's midfielder had scored the team's second goal against the USMNT via a penalty kick, but he wasn't able to continue playing once he apparently tripped with Michael Bradley's foot.
James walked slowly to the touchline, where the team's doctors tried to adjust his shoulder. After he tried for a few minutes, he realized he couldn't keep on playing, and coach José Pekerman decided to substitute him.
Watch: James trips and hurts his left shoulder.
