Two of the teams that will be playing in the Copa América Centenario next month are getting ready to test one another in an interesting friendly match. Get a hold of it with our guide.

The 2014 World Cup sensation wants to show the world they were not a one-hit wonder, and their Copa América Centenario campaign will be focused on proving that point. But before the tournament begins, Los Ticos will try to get in shape by facing the enigmatic and always complicated Venezuela, a team that may not be living its best moments, but surely has the quality to give the Central American side a hard time.

Recently appointed coach Oscar Ramirez is still trying to find the way to put together a team that can make his countrymen forget about what Jorge Luis Pinto did for them years ago. In order to do that, the tactician known as "El Machillo" will use his usual 5-3-2 system with Los Ticos, providing stability at the back while attacking down the flanks.

Without a doubt, the leaders of this team will be Bryan Ruiz and Keylor Navas, two players that will try to make their experience count for Ramirez's side during the tournament.

Ruiz (White Number 10) has scored 21 goals for Los Ticos in 87 games.

On the other hand, Venezuela's chances of bouncing back in CONMEBOL's World Cup Qualifiers will start here, following Noel Sanvicente's sacking as manager. New manager Rafael Dudamel has to find the way to get the most out of his players, and even if they don't make it to the tournament's knockout stages, the team will use these games to try a shocking comeback in the Qualifiers.

Salomon Rondón, Juampi and even defender Oswaldo Vizcarrondo must step up as team leaders in order to grant Venezuela a fighting chance in the tournament and in the upcoming games.

La Vinotinto hasn't won a single game in the WC Qualifiers, which forced the team officers to sack Noel Sanvicente as their manager.
