The Belgian footballer has been the subject of transfer rumors all season long, even if he hasn't been able to deliver good performances for the Blues.

At least for now, Eden Hazard seems to be fully focused on adding a little dignity to Chelsea's sloppy season.

The Belgian playmaker stepped up and spoke about the rumors that linked him to a possible move to Real Madrid, denying such claims even after showing interest in working with Zinedine Zidane.

"If I've signed a deal with Real Madrid? No, I don't know where you get those news from," Hazard stated in an interview with ACTV.

In fact, the 2014-2015 PFA Player of the Year stated he is still thinking about his contract with the Blues, which ends after the 2019-2020 season.

"I'm here now. I have to finish this season and I still have four more years in my contract with the team. All I want right now is to return as soon as possible to the pitch," Hazard added.

The Belgian wingman, who is expected to play in the 2016 Euro with his National Team, hasn't been able to score a single goal in the English Premier League. His only goals came during FA Cup action, where he managed to send the ball into the back of the net twice.

Finally, the player referred to his fitness level ahead of Saturday's clash against Manchester City, where he isn't expected to perform.

"I'm fine, I've been training for three days. Maybe I'm forcing my fitness a little bit, but I'm desperate to return to the pitch before the season's end," the player concluded.
