After setting a new record for a Spanish team with 35 games without a loss, Barcelona will try to add one more game to that statistic when they battle Eibar at Ipurúa Stadium. Los Armeros have never defeated Barcelona in their three previous meetings, and with the hosts currently on a three-game losing streak, things don't seem to look too good for them.
Barcelona has an eight-point lead over second place Atlético, while Eibar wants to end their current three game streak without a win to keep their hopes of European football alive. José Luis Mendilibar's side is currently eight in La Liga, six points away from Celta Vigo, the last team to hold a ticket for a spot in the UEFA Europa League.

Mendilibar will not have a full squad to choose from, as Los Armeros will be missing four players for sure due to injuries or suspension. Jaime, Borja Ekiza and Jota will sit this one out due to injury, while Lillo will have to serve a one-match ban after being sent off last week. Borja Bastón's 16 goals this season represent Eibar's hope for success against Los Culés, having scored against Luis Enrique's side back in October.

After destroying Rayo Vallecano last Thursday, Barcelona will not be able to repeat their Starting XI, as Neymar picked up another yellow card against Los Rojiblancos. Arda Turan is expected to replace the Brazilian ace, while Lionel Messi and Luis Suárez try to increase their goal scoring tally.

Eibar and Barcelona have played three games against each other since Los Armeros made it to the Spanish top flight. Each and everyone of those games have been won by Los Blaugranas, who have scored eight goals and have only allowed one. Back in October, during their first meeting of the season, Barcelona dominated Eibar with a 3-1 score line.
