As the season comescloser to an end, so does Pep Guardiola's stint as Bayern Munich coach. While the whole world of football awaits for his decision, some of his potential players are starting to praise their would-be coach.
English goalkeeper Joe Hart praised the Spanish coach's skills, as Manchester City has been deemed to be where Guardiola will land next summer. Nevertheless, the shot-stopper was careful not to hurt his current manager's feelings.
I'm happy under the manager I'm with at the moment for both club and country. I'm pleased to work for them. I'm glad that they've picked me as their goalkeeper so I'm happy as I am. I'm sure he (Guardiola) would be a pleasure to play under but right now I'm more than happy to play under Manuel and Roy,” Hart stated.
Guardiola will leave his spot as Bayern's boss when the season ends after three years at the helm. Chelsea, Manchester United and Manchester City have been linked with the former Blaugrana tactician, but his future remains unclear.
Meanwhile, Hart analyzed how footballers deal with all the rumors about their future. According to the English goalie, players have to understand the amount of money this game represents for a number of people, stating that some rumors should be taken lightly.
"We accept that you hear stuff that is so totally not true everyday about each other or other people or people you know, so, there's a lot of stuff around football, that's why it's such a successful sport and such a big business," the goalie added.
