CR7 will not leave Real Madrid

Real Madrid will not part ways with CR7, according to Florentino Perez

January 26, 2016 By Oscar Rojas
Los Blancos' president still trusts the skills of the Portuguese ace, and even compared him to club legend Alfredo DiStefano.

There is absolutely no scenaro in which Cristiano Ronaldo will leave Real Madrid in the following months. Team president Florentino Pérez discussed a variety of topics with France Football, and one of those was Ronaldo's future with the team.

Perez compared Cristiano Ronaldo to one of the club's most beloved players, and even if some teams like PSG or Man United want to sign the three-time Ballon D'Or winner, they will have to think twice before having their bid rejected.

"He is the best player in the world, a true Real Madrid leader. It's only normal for other clubs to want him. He is the heir to Alfredo Di Stéfano's legacy and he is happy here. The best player in the world must be in the best club in the world, and that's why we can assure he won't leave the team anytime soon," Pérez stated.

Sources indicated the Portuguese player was not happy with Rafa Benitez's coaching style, and even suggested that CR7 demanded the Spaniard's dismissal when Los Blancos lost El Clásico back in November.

Pérez's words about Madrid's icon come as the club waits for FIFA's final ruling about their transfer ban, which could prevent them from adding new players for the next two transfer windows. Ronaldo would be free to leave the club if some team pays his staggering €1 Billion buyout clause, but the Spanish giants would suffer if no one can fill his void immediately.

CR7 shows off header skills with top model

As part of one of his many endorsement deals, CR7 shared a video on his Facebook page with top model Alessandra Ambrossio, in which they enter a keepy-up game with some designer clothes in the middle. Care to know who won the matchup? Check out the following video.
