After suffering a shock loss to Sassuolo, Inter will be keen on re-claiming top spot in Serie A as they take on Atalanta at the Stadio Atleti Azzurri d'Italia on Saturday, January 16th. Here are some live TV listings & online streaming options for Atalanta vs. Inter Milan.

If the opening half of the 2015/2016 Serie A campaign was an entertaining one for Serie A fans, calcio followers will certainly be in for a wild ride in 2016. The race for the Scudetto has now narrowed to four teams as Roma have fallen off the pace; although, with a new coach at the helm, the Giallorossi are still not fully out of it yet. After the dust settled in round 19, a new league leader emerged - Napoli - whilst Inter Milan now slip into third, behind Juventus who have won nine games on the trot.

Meanwhile, in the lower half of the table, there is a battle brewing for those hoping to achieve mid-table safety and those hoping to avoid the dreaded drop to Serie B at the end of the campaign. And some of those teams will be heading into matchday 20 desperate to avoid yet another loss that could see them tumble from mid-table down towards the bottom three.

Atalanta

It has been a difficult campaign for Atalanta, who will be coming into this game having lost their past four league games and are in danger of making it five for the first time since January 1996. La Dea's last win was back on December 6th when they powered past Palermo 3-0, but since then, Edy Reja's side have failed to find a way past fellow mid-table sides like Udinese and Chievo, Scudetto aspirants Napoli, and another side keen to avoid the drop: Genoa.

The reverse fixture between these two teams at the start of the season at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza was decided by a late goal from new signing Stevan Jovetic and Atalanta have not been able to defeat Inter since March 23, 2014, when now-Milan player Giacomo Bonaventura's brace was enough to cancel out Mauro Icardi's effort. As such, they will hope to overturn this spell of bad luck as they prepare to welcome the "other" Nerazzurri team to the Stadio Atleti Azzurri d'Italia tomorrow afternoon.

Inter

Meanwhile, a shock defeat to Sassuolo - who are indeed building their reputation as "giant-killers" - has seen Inter slip into third spot, two points behind winter champions Napoli, which marks the third loss for the Nerazzurri in their past six league games. It has not been the most consistent start to 2016 for Roberto Mancini's men, who edged out Empoli only to concede a late penalty to drop all three points against the Neroverdi and will be seeking to take advantage of Atalanta's struggles to make sure that Napoli and Juventus do not manage to pull further away.

Inter have been criticized for their brand of football this season, but it has largely worked and they still boast the best defensive record in the league, with just 12 goals conceded in their first 19 games. Nonetheless, their lack of goals could prove costly, as due to an inferior goal differential, they are behind the Bianconeri in the league standings and fans will certainly hope to see their team score more often than the customary 1-0 wins that they have become accustomed to this season.

In terms of personnel, Mancini will again be without the services of Felipe Melo, but other from that, he will have most of his squad available for selection. However, despite it being reported that Andrea Ranocchia is en route to fellow Srie A side Sampdoria due to a lack of playing time and losing his captain's armband to Icardi, the lanky defender has still been included in Inter's group for tomorrow's game.

In their past three meetings with Atalanta, Inter have conceded just once. Will they hand la Dea their fifth straight defeat and will it be a hard-fought 1-0 win or a total rout to re-claim top spot - albeit temporarily - in Serie A?
