Spanish La Liga giants Real Madrid are reportedly interested in signing former Barcelona star, Cesc Fabregas, who plies his trade for English Premier League giants Chelsea FC.
The Spaniard has endured a difficult second season at the Stamford Bridge and to make things even worse for him, he was booed last weekend by Chelsea fans who had accused him of playing a part in Jose Mourinho’s sacking.
Several tabloids in Spain, including Fichajes.net, now claim that Los Blancos are preparing a lucrative deal for the former Arsenal and Barcelona player in a bid to lure him to the Santiago Bernabeu.
Reports suggest that Cesc is not worried about dissapointing Barca fans if he joins Real Madrid from Chelsea 
Real are reportedly on a spending spree as they try to bridge the gap between themselves and their arch-rivals FC Barcelona in La Liga. Even though a move to Madrid would create animosity between the 28-year-old midfielder and the supporters of his former club in Spain, reports suggest that he does not mind making the switch.
