Luis Nani is struggling to pass a late fitness test for the crunch match against Ajax after picking up an injury in last Sunday’s 1-0 win over Kayserispor. The Turkish giants could also miss their right winger Volkan Sen and defender Bruno Alves ahead of the tie.

Fenerbahçe have not won a Europa league match this season, having lost at home 3-1 to group leaders Molde FK in their first fixture of the campaign and drawn 2-2 with Celtic FC.
Speaking to UEFA.com, Fenerbahçe head coach Vitor Pereira has urged his squad to show some consistency. ''It's like we are two distinct teams," he said. "One is enthusiastic, ambitious and plays entertaining football, creating lots of chances and keeping pressure on opponents; the other is nervous, loses composure after conceding and throws in the towel under pressure."
Ajax
Ajax could miss the services of center forwards Arkadiusz Milik and Yaya Sanogo due to injuries. Goalkeeper Jasper Cillessen could also miss the trip to Turkey after being benched against Heracles on Saturday due to an injury sustained while on international duty. Diederik Boer may start between the posts as Cillessens’ replacement. The Dutch side will however rely on the fact that they have won all their previous matches against Turkish opponents.
