Jorge Mendes revealed during an interview that the Portuguese superstar could consider a move to the MLS once his commitment with Real Madrid ends.

During an interview with a French broadcaster, player agent Jorge Mendes revealed Cristiano Ronaldo's destination could be the Major League Soccer. According to Mendes, Cristiano could consider the MLS a "good option" to finish his professional career.

"He may end up playing in the U.S., it's possible for a player that can make anything happen. We will respect God's will," Mendes stated.

Back in 2012, the Portuguese superstar said he would be willing to follow David Beckham's footsteps and enroll with a North American side.

"I respect very much the players and teams in the MLS. I would love to play there someday," the player replied.

Cristiano Ronaldo signed a new contract with Los Blancos, which will expire in 2018. By then, CR7 would be 34 years old, so a move to the MLS would be appropriate.

Mendes took time to praise his client, stating he has to thank Ronaldo for almost everything he has achieved by being his agent.

"He's the best of all time. Nothing is impossible for him. My career would not have been the same if I wasn't his agent. There will never be another player like him ever," Mendes added.
