The Colombian striker arrived on loan from Monaco during the past transfer window and has not enjoyed many minutes with the Red Devils.

Being one of the most publicized transfers during the summer, Radamel Falcao's year with Manchester United has been rather disappointing. After coming down with injuries and not enjoying enough playing time with the Red Devils, the Colombian player still wants to show his class with Louis Van Gaal's outfit, and will work accordingly to accomplish that.

"I want to continue playing for Manchester United, but we will have to wait until the end of the season to know if it's possible. I'm quite happy here, but we will have to analyze if I can have some more minutes to support such a decision," Falcao stated.

The Colombian striker, who missed the recent World Cup due to a knee injury, also revealed he has a good relationship with Dutch manager Louis Van Gaal, and that he will keep working to earn a spot in the team's starting XI.

"I respect Van Gaal's philosophy. I am not playing that much, but I'm sure it's only a matter of time for me to get more opportunities. I've always been a team player, and I will be there for my team-mates whenever they need me," the striker added.

United's next game will be held on Saturday when they visit Aston Villa, where the Colombian international will try to earn a starting spot in Louis Van Gaal's team that holds a six-game winning streak.
