Watch Malaga try to climb in La Liga's standings against Real Madrid. Ancelotti's team will try to set a new team record with sixteen straight victories in every tournament.

This Saturday, Malaga will expose their unbeaten season at home when they host La Liga leaders Real Madrid, a team that will be looking to set a new milestone in the club's history. Carlo Ancelotti's crew will try to win their sixteenth match in a row considering every competition, which would surpass the record established by Miguel Muñoz's team in 1961, and was recently matched by Jose Mourinho's version of Los Merengues back in 2012.

Malaga had a hard time while visiting current champion Atletico Madrid, losing 3-1. Javi Gracia's team lost for the first time in six weeks, but still hold the sixth position in La Liga's standings. For this match, the Andalucian team will not be able to start Ignacio Camacho, suspended after adding five yellow cards, adding to their absentee list Nordim Amrabat and Juanmi, both out due to injuries.

The current league leader will surely have a hard time in La Rosaleda. Javi Gracia's team has been able to hold some of the league's most laureated teams while playing at their home ground, including Barcelona. This time, Ancelotti's team will try to extend their scoring total, which is already sitting at 46 goals after 12 rounds. Of course, Cristiano Ronaldo will be the man to watch. The Portuguese will surely try to add some goals to his current total of 20, as he is on the way to get another scoring record. Last year, CR7 won the Pichichi award with 31 goals, a total that could be surpassed before the winter break arrives. James Rodriguez and Karim Benzema will try to help the Portuguese player beat Malaga's defenders, especially when the Colombian has been able to score some magnificent goals, while the Frenchman has recovered his previous form, scoring goals and assisting both CR7 and Welsh superstar Gareth Bale.

If Ancelotti's team can take three points away from La Rosaleda, then their winter break may have a "Sweet Sixteen" scent all over their accomplishment.

Malaga's lineup: Kameni; Rosales, Sergio Sánchez, Weligton, Boka; Duda, Recio, Darder; Samu Castillejo, Samu, Santa Cruz.

Real Madrid's lineup: Casillas, Pepe, Ramos, Ronaldo, Kroos, Benzema, James, Bale, Marcelo, Carvajal, Isco.

Malaga's subs: Ochoa, Antunes, Angeleri, Juanpi, Rescaldani, Horta, Alberto.

Real Madrid's subs: Navas, Varane, Coentrao, Chicharito, Nacho, Illarra, Llorente.
