Bloomberg HT history, coverage, features
Bloomberg HT is part of the American pay-tv network of channels owned by Bloomberg LP. It is the Turkish sister channel to American TV channel Bloomberg TV, and it was launched on January 27, 2010. Bloomberg HT occupied the spot left by Kanal 1 in the Turkish TV grid.
Over the years, the channel has covered financial news, business shows, and capital market programming. Despite being a TV channel owned by an American company, the content on Bloomberg HT has only been made available in Turkish language.
The channel was launched on Standard Definition in 2010, but a High-Definition feed was added for users who have access to that technology on March 5, 2016. Both feeds may still be available to watch on certain pay-tv services.
