Big players like Andrei Arshavin and Roman Pavlyuchenko will not take part in Russia's 2014 FIFA World Cup campaign.

Surprisingly, both former Arsenal forward, Andrei Arshavin, and former Tottenham striker, Roman Pavlyuchenko, did not make the list and will not go to the World Cup.

Reading’s striker, Pavel Pogrebnyak, was named on the list, together with veteran strikers Alexander Kerzhakov and Alexander Kokorin.

Another surprise by the Italian coach was represented by the inclusion of Andrei Semyonov, Yuri Gazinsky, Pavel Mogilevets and Maxim Kannunikov, since neither has ever played for Russia.

Italian coach Fabio Capello will have to narrow down the 30 players list to the final 23
