English Premier League - TV and streaming options to watch Matchday 13

November 26, 2021 By Oscar Rojas
With only four points between the top three teams in the league, this weekend's games promise to keep fans glued to their TV sets or their mobile devices.

The English Premier League returns to action with one of the most interesting weeks in the calendar. Teams fighting on both sides of the table will be eager to add points to their tally during games that could see several matches with a high number of goals.

Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester City will continue their race for the top spot of the league, as there are only four points between the first and third-placed teams. Other teams to keep an eye on will be Wolves, Manchester United under caretaker boss Michael Carrick, and Tottenham, who have shown the same inconsistency under Antonio Conte.

Here are the main points you need to consider prior to the start of this weekend's games.

League standings ahead of Matchweek 13 in the English Premier League

As previously stated, Chelsea top the league with 29s, followed closely by Pep Guardiola's Manchester City, who trail them by three points. Meanwhile, Liverpool lay four points behind the Blues despite their impressive skills in front of goal. The surprising West Ham and Arsenal complete the top five teams in the tournament with 23 and 20 points respectively.

Top games to watch in Matchweek 13 in the English Premier League

Liverpool vs Southampton: The Reds are the top scoring team in the league with 35 goals, and they will want to add some more to their tally when they host Southampton, an up and coming team that has conceded fourteen times and that is currently ranked 13th in the league. It seems like a proper match for Klopp's blokes to shine, but the Sainst have shocked them at Anfield before and they will surely try to do so again.

Manchester City vs West Ham: The Cityzens make it to this game with in high spirits following their come-from-behind win against PSG in the UEFA Champions League, and their current run in the domestic tournament will be tested by West Ham, a team that has shown impressive consistency under coach David Moyes despite their loss last week. Will the Hammers take points away from the defending champions, or will the Cityzens add one more win to their ongoing six-match streak without a loss against West Ham?

Chelsea vs Manchester United: The big game of the weekend will feature the Red Devils in a complicated moment of the season following Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's exit. Now, the red and white side will face the league leaders in a tricky match for Carrick's men, who will find stiff resistance by Tuchel's crew. On paper, it seems like Chelsea are in for a walk in the park, but any slip-ups could prove too costly against a team with Cristiano Ronaldo on its roster.

*Keep in mind there will be midweek games taking place between November 30 and December 2.
