Liverpool have finally started to show some momentum with their third win in a row, and that form could see them take the top four battle to a whole new level, especially if Mohamed Salah and other players can keep up with the fine work they have been doing.

As mentioned before, one of the players that has really stood out during this run has been Mohamed Salah, who paved the way for Liverpool's win with the team's opening goal against the Villains. Salah's effort not only gave Liverpool the lead, but also helped him reach two franchise records. While doing so, Salah wrote his name in golden letters right beside legends such as Steven Gerrard and Kenny Dalgish.

And if that was not enough reason for Reds' supporters to be happy, another one of their own established a record for most assists. The man in question is none other than Andrew Robertson, who surpassed Leighton Baines as the most prolific defender in the Premier League in terms of assists.

Liverpool are sixth with 25 points, only one behind Manchester United and five away from Tottenham, who have played one more game than Klopp's men.
