The Belgian ace has been sidelined from all activity since November 26, when he picked up an ankle injury that required surgery.

Real Madrid's most expensive signing of all time is back when the team needs him the most. Eden Hazard completed his first training session with his team-mates after two months away, and his chances of playing the Madrid Derby, while slim, give Los Blancos an edge over their inner-city rivals.

The Belgian ace picked up an injury against PSG in a UEFA Champions League tie, and while he was first diagnosed with a sprain, further tests revealed that he had picked up a microfracture on his left ankle. After completing his recovery process, Hazard was allowed back on the pitch this week.

Zidane will now have all but one of his players around for the crucial tie against Atlético. The only absence for Los Blancos is Marco Asensio, who picked up a knee injury during the team's pre-season.

The Spanish giants had a light training session after their 4-0 win against Zaragoza. Marco Asensio and Mariano, who worked by himself in the gym, were the only first-team players not to be a part of Los Blancos' training session ahead of Saturday's game.
