Man United youngster set for a huge pay-rise, 15 times more than his current salary

British publication The Sun claims that Manchester United youngster Marcus Rashford is set for a huge pay rise, which is estimated to be 15 times more than his current salary. The teenage sensation has scored five goals in eight senior appearances for the Old Trafford outfit, who are keen to avoid losing him in the next transfer window. His most recent goal was against city rivals Manchester City last weekend, a goal that steered the Red Devils past The Citizens.Marcus Rashford celebrates his goal vs Man City

The Old Trafford outfit is reportedly willing to hand the youngster a pay rise sooner than planned as rival clubs continue to monitor him. The report further claims that Man Utd were willing to give the Englishman a higher salary at the end of the season, but have been forced to begin the negotiations earlier than expect to avoid losing him in the summer. With LVG’s men gunning for a top-four finish by the end of the season and the unfortunate injury of their key forward Wayne Rooney, all eyes will be on 18-year-old Rashford, who is expected to play a pivotal role in the hunt for goals.
