Former Juventus and AC Milan midfield maestro Andrea Pirlo has declared Lionel Messi ‘'the best.’’
The duo bumped into each other in Dubai as they were celebrating the festive season. The pair faced each other in last season’s UEFA Champions League finals when Pirlo was playing for Juventus. Currently, the Italian plays for MLS outfit New York City FC.
The legendary midfielder posted a photo online of him and his children alongside Leo, and captioned it:
‘’A great meeting with the best Leo Messi.’’
The Argentine will head back to Spain this week in preparations for the high-profile match against their bitter rivals Espanyol.
