About African Nations Championship

The African Championship of Nations is an African National Football tournament held every 2 years. Its first edition was in the Ivory Coast. Participating nations include the top football nations in Africa. This championship alternates with the African Cup of Nations. The Qualification phase occurs during the even year i.e., 2010. The Final will take place in the odd year. The next tournament will be in Sudan 2011.
