The Belgium UEFA Europa League Play-Offs (also known as the Play-offs II) are contested by teams ranked 7 to 16 in the regular season in the Belgian Pro League and six top teams from the Belgian First Division B. Divided into four groups of four teams, the teams play each other twice to determine who will qualify to contest for Europe's second most-prestigious trophy.
