Prva divizija (1. Division) je druga liga po rangu u muškom fudbalu u Danskoj. Osnovana 1945. godine, bila je najviša liga u zemlji sve do osnivanja Danske Superlige 1991. godine. Takmičenjem upravlja Danski fudbalski savez (DBU).

Prva divizija se sastoji od 12 timova koji se takmiče u dve faze: regularna sezona i plej-of. Tokom regularne sezone, timovi igraju međusobno kod kuće i u gostima po dvostrukom ligaškom sistemu, ukupno 22 kola. Prvih šest klubova napreduje u "Grupu za promociju", dok donjih šest ulazi u "Grupu za ispadanje".

U Grupi za promociju, timovi igraju međusobno još dva puta za dodatnih 10 utakmica, dok Grupa za ispadanje prati isti format. Svi bodovi i golovi iz regularne sezone (postignuti i primljeni) prenose se u plej-of. Tim koji završi prvi u Grupi za promociju postaje šampion, dok se prva dva tima promovišu u Superligu, najvišu ligu Danske. Na drugom kraju tabele, poslednja dva kluba u Grupi za ispadanje ispadaju u Dansku 2. diviziju, treću ligu po rangu u zemlji.

Boldklubben af 1893, poznatiji kao B.93, osvojio je inauguralnu titulu 1945-46, dok je Brøndby IF podigao trofej 1990. godine, tokom poslednje godine lige kao najvišeg ranga u Danskoj. Næstved IF je osvojio prvu sezonu Prve divizije nakon njene reklasifikacije, a klubovi poput Vejle Boldklub, Esbjerg fB i Viborg FF postigli su značajan uspeh u ovom prvenstvu od tada.
