About Polsat Sport Premium 2
Polsat Sport Premium 2 is a sports television channel from Poland, which is owned and operated by Telewizja Polsat. It was launched on August 21, 2018 as a replacement to Polsat Sport 3 HD. Polsat Sport Premium 2 was launched as a premium add-on that includes five more channels: Polsat Sport Premium 1, Polsat Sport Premium 3, Polsat Sport Premium 4, Polsat Sport Premium 5, and Polsat Sport Premium 6.
Polsat Sport Premium 2 was launched to cover some of the top events to which Polsat Sport has broadcasting rights. The channel was specifically created to broadcast top football competitions around the world, but other content has been added over the years to broaden its offer.
Speaking about football, Polsat Sport Premium 2 has handled coverage for the UEFA Champions League and for the UEFA Europa League since its creation. The channel has complemented live coverage for the competition with repeat broadcasts of relevant UEFA Champions League games from previous editions.
Polsat Sport Premium 2 was launched as a Super HD channel, contrary to some of its sister channels that were launched only in HD format. An added feature to this channel is that there is no advertising between or during each show.
