Brasil Ladies Cup is a friendly women's tournament, organized by the Fédération Internationale de Football Soccer Society (FIFOS) in partnership with the Federação Paulista de Futebol (FPF).

In the first phase — the knockout phase — the teams are divided into two groups (A and B) and each team plays three matches, with three points awarded for each victory, one point for a draw and no points for a defeat. The winning teams of each group face each other in the final, in a single match
