About Meistriliiga
Meistriliiga is the top-flight league competition in Estonia. The Championship, founded in 1992, permits amateur clubs to participate, making it a semi-professional tournament. The competition is held annually but does not follow a fall-spring schedule. Instead, it takes place from March to November each year due to Estonia’s cold winters.
