The Thai FA Cup, or the Football Association of Thailand Cup as it's known in full, is the country’s annual knockout cup competition. Founded in 1980, the tournament ceased in 2001 before being relaunched in 2009. The winners of this cup qualify for the AFC Champions League preliminary round.
