Sky Sport Serie A is a sports channel dedicated to Italy’s top football division. Introduced in 2018, the channel is owned by Sky Italia and broadcasts in HD. Over the years, Sky Sport Serie A has obtained the rights to many Italian Serie A matches every season, and it has enriched its live and repeat football coverage with added programming. Sky Sport is a pay-tv sports network owned by satellite TV operator Sky Italia. It was launched in 2003 and consists of multiple premium sports channels broadcasting in standard definition (576i) and high definition (1080i)—many of which have been around for many years. Sky Sport’s large family of television networks in Italy puts it in a unique position to provide subscribers with extensive coverage across various sports disciplines. Sports covered on the platform over the years has included basketball, football, motorsport, rugby, tennis, wrestling and more.
Major continental club competitions that football fans have enjoyed on Sky Sport Italia over the years include the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, UEFA Super Cup and UEFA Women’s Champions League. Sky Sport Serie A Broadcast Rights

Sky’s broadcast rights acquisition includes Package 5, which grants them access to 114 matches or three games every weekend for 38 rounds – including Sunday evening encounters.
