Now TV has obtained exclusive broadcast rights for the English Premier League in Hong Kong. Now TV has agreed to show all 380 EPL matches live every season during the three-year deal, which runs from 2022/23 to 2024/25. Select broadcasts will be carried out in 4K, and the games will be available to stream live online and on mobile devices via the Now Player service.

Now Premier League 2 is a television channel from Hong Kong that is owned and operated by Hong Kong Telekom, a company also known by its acronym, HKT. The channel saw the light in 2016 as an overflow channel to help its sister networks whenever more than two sports events are taking place, particularly referring to football games.

Over the years, Now Premier League 2 has specialized in airing football competitions, particularly those that have to do with Premier League games. When more than one game is taking place, Now Premier League 2 airs the third most relevant match taking place at the same time.

Now Premier League 2 was launched as a Standard Definition channel, but a High-Definition option was launched in 2018, giving users the chance to watch the same content on both feeds depending on the kind of package they subscribed to. Both feeds may still be available to watch in different regions of the country according to the plan each user has paid.
