About
SEC Network + history, coverage, features
SEC Network+, also known as SECN+, is a digital platform created by ESPN to cover collegiate sports sanctioned by the Southeastern Conference (SEC). Launched in 2014 alongside its sister television network, SEC Network, it broadcasts everything from college football to college basketball in the region.SEC Network+ features digital-only events from the Southeastern Conference, allowing viewers to watch non-televised SEC-sanctioned collegiate sports matches and programs. Meanwhile, the SEC Network handles the televised coverage.
SEC+ is available to SEC Network subscribers at no additional cost. However, a subscription to a TV provider (cable, satellite, or streaming) that carries the SEC Network is required to stream SEC Network+.
The digital platform can be accessed on the ESPN app and at espn.com/watch, enabling viewers to watch SEC Network+ on smartphones, tablets, connected streaming devices, desktops, and laptops. SEC+ is also available on ESPN's subscription-based streaming service, ESPN+.
