About Eleven Sports 3 Poland

Eleven Sports is a multinational group of sports channels owned and operated by Aser Ventures. It was launched in 2015 and was made available in Belgium and Luxembourg, but it would later be made available as both an OTT service and a linear TV platform in many countries around Europe.

The Polish division of Eleven Sports was launched on August 2, 2015 with two channels being available: Eleven and Eleven Sports. Two more channels would be added in 2016 to complete Eleven Sports’ offering in the country, and a necessary rebranding would take place then. Since 2016, the channels were relabeled as Eleven Sports 1, Eleven Sports 2, Eleven Sports 3, and Eleven Sports 4. It was initially owned by Aser Ventures, but a group called Telewizja Polsat bought 99% of the company’s shares.

Eleven Sports 3 is frequently referred to as the network’s third-most important channel since the top live events are usually programmed on Eleven Sports 1 and Eleven Sports 2. It was launched as Eleven Extra on September 12, 2016, but it would later be rebranded to Eleven Sports 3 on November 20, 2017. Over the years, this channel has covered disciplines such as football and motorsports.

Speaking about football, Eleven Sports 3 has covered domestic leagues such as the Spanish Primera División, the German Bundesliga, the French Ligue 1, the Portuguese Primeira Liga, and the Italian Serie A. Other competitions covered by this channel have included the FA Cup, the English League Cup, the FA Community Shield, and football tournaments away from Europe such as the Australian A-League, among other competitions.

The OTT version of Eleven Sports has been available on most mobile devices via the apps for Android and iOS. Added to that, the channel has been available on most Smart TV devices.

Eleven Sports Network is an international sports content platform, which operates a host of linear TV channels and OTT sports platforms in various markets across the world. This includes Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy, Japan, Myanmar, Poland, Portugal, Taiwan, UK, Ireland and the United States.

The global network was founded in 2015 by Italian businessman Andrea Radrizzani. Since its launch, Eleven Sports has secured major soccer broadcast rights in different regions. Leagues for which the company has successfully negotiated deals in the past include the English Premier League (Taiwan - 2016) and Spanish La Liga (UK and Ireland - 2018).
