About Afizzionados

Afizzionados is a Mexican pay-television channel, launched on July 1, 2018. It is owned by Grupo Televisa and operated by Televisa Networks.

Over the years, Afizzionados has focused on broadcasting live and repeat football games. The channel used to air games for a specific team from Mexico’s Liga MX, but it has evolved into a full sports channel with exclusive broadcasts for more teams and other sports. Additional coverage for Liga MX games has also been included in the channel’s programming as years have gone by.

Afizzionados has focused on airing football and American football over the years. While coverage for the latter has only enabled the channel to broadcast a single football game every week, their football coverage for Mexican football has expanded to other tournaments other than the Mexican top-flight.

Speaking about football, Afizzionados has aired Liga MX games, Copa MX matches, games for the Women’s Liga MX, while also adding history-making games for the Tigres UANL franchise, one of the most successful teams of this century.

Afizzionados has been available for users in Standard Definition on most pay-tv carriers across the country.
