Based on Raul Orozco's and Sergio Pezzotta's report, CONMEBOL's Disciplinary Comittee warned three members of Group B for "delaying the start of the second half". warning that "more drastic sanctions could be taken" if the teams showed up late in the next game.

But if CONMEBOL is determined to hold all Copa Libertadores games in due time and proper course, why didn't they fine Neymar and Venezuela's coach Cesar Farias as they came to blows at the end of the first half?

I'm not saying CONMEBOL should support such behavior, but I believe a warning would have been more fitting.

After this sanction, a question arises. Will they apply the same standards when they judge players individually? Should they? Make your own voice heard dropping a comment below!
