The Red Devils are racing against time to have their key players fit for the Arsenal clash.

Manchester United could miss the services of seven of their key players in their Premier League clash with Arsenal this weekend. The Old Trafford clash will see the two rivals face each other for the first time this season and here have been a lot of expectations from both sets of fans. The home team have been struggling to rediscover their winning form during this transitional period under new manager Jose Mourinho, while the Gunners want to reclaim their spot at the top of the league table.

But now, the Telegraph reports that up to seven key Red Devils players could miss this match. They include defenders Eric Bailly and Chris Smalling, captain Wayne Rooney, midfielder Marouane Fellaini, full-backs Luke Shaw and Antonio Valencia, and striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

Zlatan is suspended after accumulating his fifth yellow card in the league, while the rest of the players in the list have some major or minor injury concerns. Fellaini in particular has a calf injury, Valencia has a broken arm, while Rooney has a swollen knee.

This would give Marcus Rashford a chance to start as a center forward once again against the North Londoners. The last time he played Wenger’s men at Old Trafford, the England starlet scored a brace.
