Manchester United youngster Anthony Martial scored a late winner for the Red Devils against Everton at Wembley on Saturday. The 92nd minute goal sent Louis Van Gaal’s men to the finals of the FA Cup, and they can now dream of silverware after being bundled out of the Champions League, Capital One Cup, and the Premier League title race.
This was Anthony Martial’s 14th goal of the season for the Old Trafford outfit in all competitions. And as expected, Man United fans thronged Twitter to heap praise on the former Monaco man, who had successfully sent them to their first FA Cup win at Wembley since their 2-0 win over Newcastle in the 1999 final.
